Day 01 : Arrive Mumbai  
 
Arrive in Mumbai and transfer to Kochi (Cochin) flight and transfer to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Cochin including The Dutch Palace at Mattancherry (renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana) and the Willingdon Island, named after Lord Willingdon and currently the Headquarters of the Southern Naval Command.
 
 
Day 02 : Kochi - Periyar  
 

Morning drive on a scenic route dotted with plantations of rubber, cardamom, cocoa, areca nut and green pepper to the wildlife reserve at Periyar. Arrive Periyar and check into hotel. Take an evening cruise on the Periyar Lake and spot the wild herd of elephants as they descend onto the lake shores to frolic in the water. This boat ride enables close and safe observation of the elephant herds and other animals.

 
 
Day 3 : Day 3 : Periyar - Munnar  
 

Board the connecting flight to Bangaluru in the morning. Arrival at Bangaluru and transfer to Mysore (125-kms / 3 hrs drive.). Undertake a sightseeing tour of Mysore on arrival, visiting Mysore Palace and Brindaban Gardens. Overnight at the hotel.

 
 
Day 4 : Munnar  
 
Munnar is situated near the Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak in the Western Ghats.
Day is free to relax and to walk around the lovely hill station.
 
Day 5 : Munnar - Kumarakom  
 

Morning drive to Kumarakom near Kottayam and stay in one of the backwater resorts. The panoramic backwaters here offer an ideal retreat to enjoy nature at its very serene best.

 
 
Day 6 : Kumarakom - Alleppey  
 
Morning drive a short distance before switching over to a boat for a boat-ride through myriads of canals and waterways up to Alleppey. You could ask for a typical Kerala fish dish made from freshly caught fresh-water fish.
 
   
Day 7 : Alleppey - Trivandrum  
 

Morning board your transport for an interesting drive to Trivandrum. In the afternoon embark upon a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum, visiting the ancient temple of Sri Padmanabhaswamy which is one of the major attractions in the city.

 
 
Day 8 : Trivandrum - Excursion  
 
Full day return excursion to Cape Comorin, the southernmost tip of the Indian mainland. Visit here the Vivekananda Memorial which is built on a rock about 400 metres offshore.  
 
Day 9 : Trivandrum  
 

Transfer to airport for return flight to Mumbai or International destination.
